Return Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Exchanges and returns are free within the first 40 days from the purchase date, in case you did not order the proper size or are unhappy with your purchase. 


Send us an email requesting an exchange. All you have to do is ship the original ring back to Wedding Bands HQ (this is the only shipping cost you incur) and then we will ship your new ring to you free of charge.  At the time of purchase Thorsten and Hollis & York (only) rings automatically come with a free lifetime warranty and lifetime sizing policy which covers any later size exchanges. If your ring style is no longer being manufactured, a similar style may be substituted. Please keep a copy of your receipt in a safe place.


If you want only a return, you'll receive your reimbursement 30 days from the date of returning your ring. This period involves the actual transportation time to get your return to us (2-5 business days), the amount of time that is needed in order to process your return when we receive it (2-5 business days), and the time that it will take your bank to process our refund request (6-10 business days).

Condition of ring

We do not accept rings that appear to have been used. Engraved rings can be returned. However the engraving fee is not refundable, as it is a service that cannot be reversed.

Obtain a Return/Exchange Form by contacting our customer service department by email, phone or simply fill out the form in our contact us page and specify whether a return or exchange is needed and the reason for the request. Mail us the band with the shipping and delivery courier of your preference. Getting tracking on the package is highly recommended to make sure the item is delivered at our office.
